Peter K. Boeckle, B. A., LL.B.
Civil Litigation Specialist

Peter Boeckle is a graduate of the University of Toronto Law School. He completed his articles and began his practice with MRB in 1970, and became a partner in 1975. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in major lawsuits, serving as counsel on both trials and appeals. Since 1992, Peter has been leading the defence team for the Canadian Red Cross Society, becoming widely experienced in HIV litigation. Working with the energetic and intelligent lawyers who comprise his team gives Peter great satisfaction.

The responsibility with which he is entrusted provides Peter with the determination necessary to build the strongest cases possible. Although always ready to put his mediation and arbitration skills to work, Peter also enjoys the challenge of going to trial. Peter believes that the mark of a good lawyer is a commitment to serving not only the client, but also the truth.
