Rajesh K. Datt, B. A., LL.B.

Raj Datt articled with MRB in 2002 and joined the firm as an Associate upon his call to the Bar. Raj's practice is focused on property damage and personal injury claims, insurance coverage disputes, and subrogation matters. He has conducted several trials in the Superior Court of Justice, and has appeared before the Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Raj also publishes and manages MRB's Insurance Law Blog, which was nominated by LexisNexis as one of the top insurance law blogs in North America.
