Professional Experience
13 years as a civil litigation lawyer with a primary focus on insurance and personal injury law including but not limited to: all regimes of motor vehicle accidents; property losses; slip and falls, medical malpractice and product liability cases.
- During my legal career I have acted for both plaintiffs and defendants.
- Acted as counsel in all levels of the courts in Ontario and New Brunswick.

Practice Direction Mediations
3 hours + 1 hour of preparation
Roster Rates $1000 to $1200 plus GST and applicable disbursements.
Private Mediations
$2,700/day plus GST and applicable disbursements.
